Conference Services Manager

About the role

The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club—a gathering place for visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists to exchange ideas and inspire one another. As Catering Services Manager, you’ll orchestrate events from vision to execution, serving as the ultimate liaison between clients, departments, and teams to create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client tours of event spaces.
• Create detailed banquet event orders for seamless event execution.
• Collaborate closely with the banquet department on operations and event logistics.
• Monitor group room blocks and pick-up; generate detailed resumes for operating departments.
• Maintain accurate accounts, contracts, event orders, and invoices.
• Work with sales teams to promote property amenities, current promotions, and packages.

Requirements

• Prior Conference/Event Services experience required.
• Guest-first mentality—approachable, personable, and professional.
• Thorough understanding of the property and its amenities.
• Strong communication skills across multiple teams.
• Highly organized and effective in managing details.

Pay

Base salary plus bonus plan.
