OTHRFull-time
We need to produce HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. The posting includes Position Summary, Department, Supervisor, GOAL, KEY OBJECTIVES, SPECIFIC DUTIES (Community-Based Services Responsibilities, Compliance Responsibilities, Administrative Staff Responsibilities, Spiritual Responsibilities). Also includes EEO statement (boilerplate) to remove. No explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not include those sections. We need to map content to appropriate headings: "About the role" could be Position Summary, Department, Supervisor, GOAL. "Responsibilities" could be SPECIFIC DUTIES (list). "Requirements" maybe license, compliance, professional development, CEUs, etc. "Qualifications" maybe not explicit; but we could treat license as requirement. "Skills" maybe not explicit. We should not invent sections with placeholder. So we include only sections with substantive content: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (maybe), Qualifications (maybe not). Let's examine: The posting includes "KEY OBJECTIVES" which could be part of About the role. Also "GOAL". So we can put those under About the role. Responsibilities: list of duties under SPECIFIC DUTIES (Community-Based Services Responsibilities, Compliance Responsibilities, Administrative Staff Responsibilities, Spiritual Responsibilities). We'll output as
  • items. Requirements: includes maintaining active license, participating in professional development, CEUs, complying with policies, maintaining documentation, meeting productivity standards, participating in QI, monitoring ITP, etc. Also administrative staff responsibilities (documentation, attend training, supervision, etc.) and spiritual responsibilities (faith-based). Those could be considered requirements as well. But we already have responsibilities covering duties. Requirements could be licensure, CEUs, etc. We'll include a Requirements section with bullet points for license, CEUs, compliance, documentation, productivity, QI, etc. Qualifications: Not explicitly stated; maybe we could omit. Skills: Not explicit. Thus output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not omit any substantive info. So we need to include all details from the posting, except boilerplate (EEO, navigation, legal, etc.) and duplicated lines. Also need to include the spiritual responsibilities details fully. We need to ensure we don't lose any specifics: Department: WellSpring Community-Based Team; Supervisor: Community-Based Services Director, Clinical Supervisor; GOAL: To advance the mission...; KEY OBJECTIVES: Provide clinical community-based services; Maintain all compliance standards and licensure requirements; Fulfill staff administrative responsibilities; Fulfill COYFC spiritual responsibilities. SPECIFIC DUTIES: list each bullet. We need to capture each bullet exactly as given, but we can rephrase? Must preserve all substantive information; we can keep the same meaning but not invent or summarize away detail. It's okay to keep the bullet text as is. We need to format as
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we will have multiple lists: maybe one for Responsibilities (with sublists? Could flatten). Could also separate categories but still list items. We need to avoid duplication: The posting repeats some lines like "Provide high quality community based case management services, (TBS and CPST)." etc. We'll keep each. Now produce HTML:

      • Regularly encourage and provide instruction and guidance to existing and prospective staff, contractors, volunteers, interns, and leaders through the Bible.
      • Explain COYFC faith values and beliefs to clients and families, if asked.
Now Requirements: maybe we separate license, CEUs, compliance, documentation, productivity, QI, etc. But many of those are already in responsibilities list. To avoid duplication, we could keep responsibilities as duties and requirements as separate but ensure we don't duplicate content. However the instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information". If we split, we might duplicate some info (like license appears both in responsibilities and requirements). That's duplication but maybe acceptable? Better to avoid duplication by moving license etc to requirements and not listing them again under responsibilities. But then we would lose some duties if we remove them from responsibilities. However the responsibilities list includes many items that are also requirements. We could keep responsibilities as the core duties (community-based services, clinical services, building rapport, holistic approach, level of care, ITP review, collaborate, referrals, connect to faith resources). Then requirements list includes licensure, professional development, CEUs, compliance, documentation, productivity, QI, ITP monitoring, administrative duties (documentation, attend training, supervision, other duties), spiritual responsibilities. That seems reasonable and avoids duplication. Thus we need to parse the original SPECIFIC DUTIES into two groups: core service duties and compliance/admin/spiritual duties. But the instruction says to preserve ALL substantive information; we can reorganize as long as we keep all info. So we can create Responsibilities section for the primary service duties (community-based case management, clinical services, rapport, holistic, level of care, ITP review, collaboration, referrals, faith resources). Then Requirements section for licensure, professional development, CEUs, compliance, documentation, productivity, QI, ITP monitoring, administrative duties (documentation, training, supervision, other duties), spiritual responsibilities. We must ensure we don't lose any bullet. Let's list all original bullets: Community-Based Services Responsibilities: - Provide high quality community based case management services, (TBS and CPST). - Provide high quality community based clinical services, (individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy etc.) - Build trauma-informed strengths based rapport with Client and Client’s Support System - Use a holistic approach in service delivery - Provide level of care and treatment recommendations based on the Diagnostic Assessment and medical necessity. - Review and assist with the ongoing development and implementation of the individualized treatment plans (ITPs). - Collaborate with the clinical services team with implementing a trauma informed continuum of care and clinical services throughout COYFC/Gracehaven/WellSpring - Assist with reviewing and screening referrals, as well as onboarding and intake of new clients - Connect clients and their families to faith-based community resources and ministries, including YFC if applicable Compliance Responsibilities: - Maintain an active license that is in good standing with the state of Ohio Social Work and Counselors Board, if applicable. - Participate in professional development (e.g. training, workshops, conferences, etc.) to maintain professional knowledge and proficiency, as well as the Continuing Education Units (CEUs) necessary to maintain (or progress toward) appropriate licensure and credentialing. - Comply with all WellSpring policies and procedures, as well as all current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing WellSpring Therapeutic Services, including but not limited to ensuring that the confidentiality of the client is maintained in accordance with federal HIPAA regulations. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation/outcomes data/records and service delivery requirements, as set forth by the agency policy & procedures and OhioMHAS. - Meet monthly productivity standards for the position. - Participate in program quality improvement activities and maintain quality assurance standards. - Monitor implementation, revision of the ITP plan, meeting criteria for medical necessity of this plan with the interdisciplinary team according to regulatory guidelines Administrative Staff Responsibilities: - Provide accurate and timely documentation of service delivery and client’s progress, in accordance with the treatment goals and within the timelines set forth by the agency and regulatory guidelines. - Attend COYFC/WellSpring All Staff training and staff meetings. - Actively participate in supervision, community team meetings, case reviews, and other intra-agency meetings and training opportunities for the role. - Perform all other duties as assigned by Supervisor and relevant to role.
