Case Manager, Community Treatment

What to expect

• Supporting the mental health of clients
• Cooking and providing comprehensive care and support for clients
• Coordinating services for assigned clients, including psychiatric and medical care, housing, entitlements, etc.
• Developing individualized service plans with clients based on their goals

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.60 hourly minimum to $23.69 hourly maximum. Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma with 3-5 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in mental health related field
• A driver’s license with 3-points or less and access to an insured vehicle
