Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using effective selling tools
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships both in-store and online
• Provide excellent service to customers, accommodating them on their terms
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the department is always ready to serve customers
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty

Pay and Schedule

• Hourly pay range: $15.25 - $15.25
• Schedule varies by week based on business needs

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
• Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
