As a Full Cycle Sales Representative, you will be the face of RGM Exteriors and Roofing, responsible for managing the entire sales process from initial customer contact to securing a signed agreement. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Consultative Engagement: Approaching potential customers in their homes with a professional and respectful demeanor, initiating conversations, and building rapport.
- Needs Assessment: Actively listening to understand customer needs and challenges related to their home's rain gutter system.
- Product Demonstration: Effectively showcasing the benefits and value of Rain Gutter Medic's services through in-home product demonstrations.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Guiding customers through the entire sales process, from initial pitch and objection handling to negotiation and closing the sale.
- Appointment Setting: Proactively identifying and securing opportunities for in-home consultations and product presentations.
- Relationship Building: Cultivating strong, trust-based relationships with homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective planning and execution.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $150,000 and $200,000 annually, reflecting the direct correlation between your sales success and your income. Take home vehicle and bonuses are available upon meeting metrics.
