Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive outreach via phone and video to identify and engage potential clients.
- Master the entire sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
- Build strong rapport and trust with clients through clear, persuasive, and empathetic communication across all channels (phone, video, email).
- Effectively manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services with confidence and clarity.
- Handle client inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Compensation
This role offers significant earning potential through a commission-based structure. Top performers can expect to earn between $75,000 and $125,000 annually, with your success directly tied to your sales achievements.
