About the role
The Full Cycle Sales Representative will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing the deal. Key responsibilities include initiating contact with potential clients, conducting needs assessments, presenting product information, managing the sales pipeline, handling objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls, establishing rapport and understanding their needs.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify suitable insurance solutions.
- Present product information and value propositions clearly and persuasively through virtual channels.
- Manage and nurture your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring no opportunity falls through the cracks.
- Effectively handle objections and address client concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support post-sale.
Qualifications
- Exceptional Communication: Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over phone, video, and in writing, building trust and rapport without physical presence.
- Pipeline Management: Skill in managing a sales pipeline from end-to-end, ensuring consistent follow-up and progression of opportunities.
- Rapport Building: Aptitude for quickly establishing connections and understanding client needs in a virtual environment.

Earning Potential
This role offers significant earning potential driven by your sales performance. Top performers can expect to earn between $80,000 and $150,000 annually, reflecting the strong commission-based structure and the opportunities for substantial rewards.
