About the role

Cleveland Agency Group is seeking motivated Full Cycle Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to securing agreements, offering a unique opportunity to own the customer journey and drive significant results.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with prospective clients through various virtual channels, including phone and video calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by actively listening and understanding their unique insurance needs.
  • Articulate the value proposition of our insurance products and services clearly and persuasively.
  • Effectively manage and nurture your sales pipeline, ensuring no lead falls through the cracks.
  • Conduct virtual product demonstrations and consultations via video conferencing.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements, ensuring client satisfaction and company objectives are met.
  • Handle client inquiries and objections with professionalism and expertise.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: The ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely across phone, video, and written mediums.
  • Strong Rapport-Building: Skill in establishing trust and connection with individuals you may not meet in person.

Compensation

This role offers a compelling commission-only structure, providing significant earning potential for high performers. With a projected annual earning range of $75,000 to $150,000 USD, your success is directly tied to your ability to connect with clients and close deals.
