Collections analyst

Job Summary

The Collection Analyst is responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of Ad Sales for Local TV Stations, including identifying and resolving discrepancies, maintaining a consistent payment pattern, and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Ad Sales TV Stations Collections portfolio.
• Contacting customers for the prompt collections and resolution of the aged receivables using various collection methods.
• Keeping adequate records of all contact made with customers.

Requirements

• 0-3+ years of relevant working experience in a similar role in: Accounts Receivable, Credit, Collections, Billing
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fields
• General knowledge of accounting principles a plus
• Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel & Word
• Collections experience a plus
• Experience in media industry a plus
• ERP or financial system experience a plus
