The company focuses on efficient operations and customer service, supporting internal growth and career development opportunities.Role Summary This role involves managing the collections process to recover past-due balances through outbound outreach and negotiation. The analyst will handle high-volume customer communications, resolve billing discrepancies, and review accounts for risk. Success requires a proactive approach to collections, lien management, and documentation, ensuring timely and accurate account resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound calls and emails to collect overdue payments and negotiate payment terms.Research and resolve billing issues related to POs and proof-of-delivery discrepancies.Review aging accounts to identify high-risk balances and recommend collection actions.Place accounts on credit hold and notify relevant teams of status changes.Identify accounts to pursue legal or lien actions, maintaining proper documentation.Maintain accurate records of all collection activities within ERP and credit systems.Collaborate with internal teams to remove payment barriers and improve collections processes.Ensure all collection notes are clear, timely, and compliant with legal standards.Key RequirementsPrior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or finance.Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and negotiations.Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload.Experience with B2B collections preferred.Proficiency in using ERP or credit management systems.Self-motivated, proactive, and personable.Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta.This is a contract position starting on October 27th, offering exposure to a large organization with potential for internal growth.
