Collections Analyst

This Work from Home position requires that you live and perform the duties of the position within 60 miles of an HCA Healthcare Hospital (hospitals are located in the following states: FL, GA, ID, KS, KY, MO, NV, NH, NC, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA).

About the Role

Parallon, part of HCA Healthcare, provides full-service revenue cycle management and total patient account resolution. Our services include scheduling, registration, insurance verification, hospital billing, revenue integrity, collections, payment compliance, credentialing, health information management, customer service, payroll, and physician billing.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Artiva reconciliation and ensures any issues are resolved timely.
• Processes IPLAN changes timely as requested.
• Performs daily balancing of the AR.
• Completes the SMA 3 Exhibit (if applicable).
• Works reports as assigned.
• Works eRequest queues as assigned.
• Works pools as assigned.
• Manages special processes related to processing accounts restored with an AX status.
• Supports Collections work from home as needed.
• Maintains productivity and QA standards.

• One year of related experience required.
