CNC Field Service Engineer

Pay

$55‑59 per hour

About the role

As a Field Services Engineer you will support clients across a locally defined territory, primarily the Iowa market, working hands‑on with cutting‑edge technology. The position is focused on local clients within the Southern Ohio territory, not a national “road warrior” role. You will receive a car allowance (or a company vehicle in some cases), a company‑provided cell phone and laptop, covered fuel expenses, and a fast, hassle‑free reimbursement process to eliminate distractions and let you focus on maintaining top‑of‑the‑line equipment and delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations, or preventive maintenance as required.
• Resolve customer issues and provide sales support.
• Communicate effectively with a variety of different people.
• Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times, aligning actions with business expectations.
• Take ownership of all service cases, projects, etc., and maintain all customer records and technical documentation.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Developed repair skills focused on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical aspects of CNC equipment.
