About the role
Provide installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for CNC machine tools at customer sites nationwide.
Responsibilities
- Install and calibrate CNC systems.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application issues.
- Recommend and implement corrective actions.
- Offer on-site and remote technical support.
- Train customers on CNC machine operation and maintenance.
- Support internal teams with technical expertise.
- Assist at trade shows and industry events.
- Maintain detailed documentation and service reports.
- Travel extensively as required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in CNC machine maintenance and service, including installation, troubleshooting, and geometric alignment.
- Proficiency in PLC programming and CNC controls (e.g., FANUC).
- Experience with industrial electrical systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
