CNC Field Service Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to provide installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance support for CNC machine tools at customer locations nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install new CNC systems, perform machine leveling, and make necessary adjustments.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and application issues.
• Recommend and implement corrective actions.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Deliver customer training and coordinate projects.
• Maintain detailed documentation of service activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Over 5 years of CNC service and maintenance experience.
• Experience with FANUC controls and PLC programming.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field and travel extensively.
