About the Role

The Nursing Assistant supports patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, performing basic nursing tasks and unit-specific activities. After orientation, the role involves delegated responsibilities aligned with the nursing plan to ensure quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Meet patients' hygienic, nutritional, elimination, activity, comfort, and safety needs
• Obtain and report vital signs
• Perform urine reductions
• Transport patients
• Retrieve supplies and equipment

Requirements

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• American Heart Association BLS Certification
