About the role

The Nursing Assistant provides basic patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, assisting with activities such as hygiene, nutrition, elimination, activity, comfort, and safety needs. They are responsible for obtaining and reporting vital signs, performing urine reductions, transporting patients, and managing supplies and equipment. The role requires demonstrating foundational nursing skills and understanding unit-specific procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated activities within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
