Clinical Nurse Med/Surg

About the role

Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards.

Promote patient and family-centered care, educate on illness management, and ensure safety and quality compliance.

Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, considering patient preferences and barriers.

Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting cultural and spiritual values.

Participate in professional development and uphold safety-sensitive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN license
• Nursing diploma or associate degree preferred
• Bachelor’s degree and less than two years of experience are preferred
