About the role

Join a 43‑bed Med/Surg unit as a Registered Nurse in a full‑time, night‑shift position. You will provide direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards, while promoting patient‑ and family‑centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Promote patient and family‑centered care by educating on illness management, medication, and post‑treatment needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in ongoing professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Utilize critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers.

Requirements

• Current RN license.
• Nursing diploma or associate’s degree in nursing.

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Two years of nursing experience.
