Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach and lead generation
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized insurance consultations and outstanding service
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets
- Utilize our CRM to track leads, manage renewals, and maintain accurate records
- Stay current on products, regulations, and Farmers Insurance best practices
- Collaborate with teammates in our high-energy, supportive culture
What You Bring
- 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence and positivity in outbound calling and closing deals
- A coachable mindset with a learner’s attitude
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain quickly)
- Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply
