Insurance Advisor - Farmers Insurance

About the role

Join the Nathan Bowers Agency as an Insurance Advisor in Holland, MI. This full-time position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with a base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses. Insurance experience is not required—training, coaching, and support are provided to help you develop your skills and build a successful career.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and follow-up
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection
• Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships
• Is motivated by goals and earning potential
• Is confident, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no"
• Takes coaching well and wants to improve
• Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up
• Has sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one

Compensation Range: $55K - $85K
