Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and connect with prospective clients, converting leads into enduring policies
  • Consult with clients on their unique risks and recommend tailored insurance strategies
  • Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
  • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by offering ongoing expertise and support
  • Consistently surpass sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
  • Keep up-to-date with evolving insurance products and industry guidelines
  • Leverage CRM systems to manage prospects, follow-ups, and renewals
  • Actively contribute to team meetings and innovative sales initiatives

Requirements

  • 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable initiating outreach and expertly closing sales
  • Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or commitment to obtain)
