Key Responsibilities
- Discover and connect with prospective clients, converting leads into enduring policies
- Consult with clients on their unique risks and recommend tailored insurance strategies
- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships by offering ongoing expertise and support
- Consistently surpass sales objectives while maintaining compliance standards
- Keep up-to-date with evolving insurance products and industry guidelines
- Leverage CRM systems to manage prospects, follow-ups, and renewals
- Actively contribute to team meetings and innovative sales initiatives
Requirements
- 1+ year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable initiating outreach and expertly closing sales
- Highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated
- Strong time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred (or commitment to obtain)
- Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply
