Client Advisor - Farmers Insurance

About the role

The Ben Charney Agency, a trusted Farmers Insurance partner, is seeking an ambitious and personable Client Advisor to join their growing team in Grand Rapids. As a Client Advisor, you will help clients safeguard what matters most with tailored insurance solutions and ongoing support.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build relationships and provide exceptional client service throughout the policy lifecycle
• Help clients navigate and select Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
• Actively generate new business and manage leads, follow-ups, and renewals through our CRM
• Set and achieve individual sales goals, contributing to team and agency growth
• Stay updated on insurance offerings and compliance standards
• Participate in team meetings, sales strategy sessions, and ongoing training

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience (preferred)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence in making outbound calls and closing new business
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Bilingual skills are a plus
