About the Role

The Children's Fitness Instructor will teach engaging classes and lead birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You’ll be part of a team that delivers outstanding customer service, coordinates magical birthday experiences, and makes a positive impact on children’s growth and development in the community.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our established curriculum.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties to ensure a magical experience for families.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming environment for members.
• Lead activities that support the physical and developmental growth of children.
• Work collaboratively with a team of instructors on weekends.

Requirements

• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education (preferred but not required).
• Enthusiasm for working with children and ability to connect with both kids and parents.
• Willingness to engage in playful, energetic activities (e.g., giving high-fives, acting like a dinosaur).
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for making a difference in the community.
• Ability to balance fun with professionalism and work effectively in a team.

About the Company

The Little Gym is a premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Our programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at every stage of childhood. With over 40 years of experience, we offer parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, camps, skill clinics, and birthday parties. This position is with Somersault Operating, a franchisee with 30 locations across 7 states and plans for expansion.
