About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as instructors. This role offers the opportunity to teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Training and development are provided, and you will be part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends
• Coordinate with families to ensure magical birthday experiences
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families
• Be ready to lead and make a positive impact in the community
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
• Enjoy working with children and parents and have a positive attitude
• Be ready to have fun and buckle down when necessary
• Help children and parents feel confident and have fun
• Work with a team of instructors and support the growth of the community

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and parents
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children and families
• Ability to adapt to different teaching styles and environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
