About the role

The Little Gym is seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as instructors. This role offers the opportunity to teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. Training and development are provided, and we value outstanding customer service and member experiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends
• Coordinate with families to ensure magical birthday party experiences
• Provide exceptional customer service and member experience
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families
• Engage with children and parents in a fun and supportive manner
• Build lasting relationships with both children and parents

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education
• Openness to being a goofball and enthusiasm for giving high fives
• Positive attitude and ability to have fun while maintaining professionalism
• Experience working with children and a passion for their well-being
