About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment where you can make a difference in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families in the community.
• Be ready to have fun and be a goofball, while maintaining professionalism and focus.
• Engage with kids and parents, ensuring they leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.
• Maintain a fun and serious balance, knowing when to have fun and when to buckle down.
• Move around all day, getting your steps in and closing your activity rings.

Requirements

• A background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Experience working with children, especially those aged 4 months to 12 years.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with both children and adults.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and techniques.

• Enthusiastic about making others feel good and having fun.
• Confident in your ability to engage with children and families.
• Willing to commit to a full-time schedule, including weekends.
