About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families while enjoying a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Cookordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Treat our members like family.
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families in our community.
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.
• Make kids and parents feel good.

Requirements

• You could get paid to fold t-shirts or you could get paid to act like a dinosaur. The choice is yours!
• You are ready to LEAD and make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
• You are open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
• You are ready to work hard and have fun at the same time.

• You have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Work weekends and some weekdays.
