About the role
The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as instructors. This is a unique opportunity to teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes and run birthday parties on weekends
- Coordinate with families to ensure magical birthday experiences
- Provide outstanding customer service and member experience
- Lead positively in the growth and development of children and families
- Be ready to be a goofball and give high fives
- Manage all aspects of birthday party coordination
Requirements
- Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education
- Openness to being a goofball and loving to give high fives
- Love to have fun but know when to work hard
- Experience with movement-based learning and imaginative play
Qualifications
- Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and families
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Skills
- Enthusiasm for working with children
- Ability to adapt to different age groups
- Good organizational and time management skills
