About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as instructors. This role involves teaching classes and running birthday parties for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we’ll train you).
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Cookordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and ensure they have a truly magical experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Treat our members like family.
• Lead positively and make a difference in the growth and development of children and families in our community.
• Have a playful and positive attitude, and enjoy giving high fives.
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Enjoy serving others and making them feel good.
• Have a background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development, or education.
• Be ready to have fun and buckle down when necessary.
• Help children and parents feel confident after each class.
• Move around all day long, getting plenty of exercise.
• Enjoy a fun environment where you can make a difference and have a blast.

Requirements
