About the role

The Little Gym is seeking enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in an environment where you can make a significant impact on the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method.
• Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility.
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience.
• Be ready to LEAD and make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families of our community.
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor, especially during birthday parties.
• Engage with children and parents to ensure a memorable experience.
• Support the overall mission and values of The Little Gym.

Requirements

• Background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Experience working with children, preferably in a childcare or teaching setting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Positive attitude and ability to interact with children and adults.
• Passionate about children's development and well-being.

• Open to being a goofball and enjoy giving high fives.
• Love to have fun but know when to focus on work.
• Enjoy working with children and parents.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new methods and techniques.
