The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood.

About the role

Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided). Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends. Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility to ensure a truly magical experience. Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience—we treat our members like family. Lead with energy and make a positive impact on the growth and development of children and families in our community.

• Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method

• Lead and inspire children and families in a fun, engaging environment

Requirements

• Open to being energetic and playful (e.g., giving air high-fives)
• Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education (preferred but not required)
• Passion for serving others and making a difference
• Ability to connect well with both kids and parents
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
