Children's Fitness Instructor - The Little Gym
About the Role
As a Children's Fitness Instructor, you'll teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method. You'll be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends, coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families, and provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. You'll make a positive impact on the growth and development of the children and families in our community while also growing personally and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Teach classes and lead birthday parties using our proven curriculum and teaching method.
- Coordinate all aspects of birthday parties with families hosting at our facility to ensure a magical experience.
- Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family.
- Lead and engage with children and families to foster confidence and skills through movement-based learning and imaginative play.
Requirements
- Open to being energetic and playful (e.g., giving air high-fives).
- Background in child development, physical education, gymnastics, dance, or early childhood education is helpful but not required.
- Passion for serving others and making a difference in the community.
- Ability to connect well with both kids and their parents.
- Enthusiastic, fun-loving, and able to balance work with a positive attitude.

Pay
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
About Us
The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance, sports prep, camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. Programs use movement-based learning and imaginative play to build confidence and skills at each stage of childhood. This location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee (Somersault Operating), with 30 locations across 8 states and more opening soon.
