• Totally open to being a goofball and love giving (air) high 5's.
  (A background in child development, physical education and /or gymnastics helps as well)
  
• Have background in gymnastics, dance, early childhood development or education.
• Liveliness - Kids really like you AND their parents really like you too.
• Positive attitude - You were voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates.
• Ability to balance fun and work - Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work.

What You Get to Do

• Teach amazing classes and lead fabulous birthday parties based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Be part of a team of instructors who teach classes and run birthday parties on the weekends.
• Cook up all aspects of birthday parties with families who are hosting at our facility and make sure they have a truly magical experience!

Where You'll Work

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for children ages 4 months through 12 years. Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and enjoyable extras like camps, Parents’ Survival Nights, skill clinics and Awesome Birthday Bash parties.

Who We Are

All associated locations are independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchise Somersault Operating, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of that Somersault Operating. All inquiries about employment at this franchise should be made directly to Somersault Operating, and not to The Little Gym Franchising Corporate. Somersault Operating currently has 30 The Little Gym locations spread across 8 states (SC, NC, VA, TN, PA, NJ, WA, CA).
