Charge Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation

About the role

Rehabilitation Charge Nurse (RN) responsible for managing a clinic unit, coordinating staff scheduling, and acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care aligned with standards
• Supervises and delegates tasks to nursing staff
• Evaluates care effectiveness
• Develops and implements plans to meet regulatory requirements
• Trains and mentors team members
• Manages day-to-day staffing and operations
• Ensures excellent customer service by addressing staff and patient concerns and maintaining professional conduct

Qualifications & Skills

• Registered Nurse license in the state, with CPR and applicable certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP
• Minimum of two years relevant clinical experience, including specialty-specific training
• Effective communication, decision-making skills, and ability to manage change under high-stress conditions
• Preferred: BSN, management experience, and specialty certifications
