About the role

Responsibilities
- Hands-on training that goes beyond exam preparation, focusing on leadership skills, cultural competency, and broader industry understanding.
- Guaranteed indirect hours, free BDS sponsorship, and eligibility for paid direct and indirect hours.
- Monthly one-on-one mentorship with the Director of Quality, quarterly workshops, peer mentorship, monthly study groups, and leadership opportunities as a Program Supervisor.
- Candidate specific social events, access to the MeBe Candidate Learning Portal, and BCBA prep materials.
- Industry benchmarked, competitive pay based on experience and location ($23-$27/hour).
- Paid training to become a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- Supervised indirect hours, continuing education, and mentoring from lead clinical staff.

Requirements
- Previous CBT experience and currently employed at MeBe.
- Pursuing a career as a BCBA through an online or in-person university or college, or plans to do so within the next three months.
