About the role
Blossom ABA Therapy is seeking Behavior Technicians in Nanjemoy. We provide training to our team members who wish to pursue a BCBA certification.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy in a safe, nurturing environment.
- Implement the specific therapy program designed by the BCBA.
- Teach skills that allow children to thrive and build independence.
- Write detailed session notes and documentation.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience as a Behavior Technician or ABA Therapist preferred.
- Driver’s license and reliable access to transportation.
- Detail-oriented and reliable.
- Experience implementing ABA therapy preferred.
