Responsibilities
- Provide after‑hours and weekend support as needed for urgent maintenance needs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks for amenities such as pools, fitness areas, and meeting spaces.
- Conduct preventative maintenance for guest rooms and public areas, keeping detailed records.
- Troubleshoot and repair building systems, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general carpentry.
- Be available for emergency repairs and on‑call support during evenings or weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Pay
$18 – $20 per hour
