About the role
Provide support in a residential setting for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities
- Monitor and record behavior data
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and strategies
- Support individuals in achieving their goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Passing score on a background check
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for supporting individuals with disabilities
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of disability-specific terminology
- Basic computer skills
