Oversee campus catering operations, leading daily catering activities for events and managing foodservice staff.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics and ensure quality food presentation and service
• Assist in menu planning with culinary teams
• Forecast and order supplies
• Schedule and train staff
• Control costs and maintain safety and sanitation standards
• Collaborate with university partners and address client needs
• Resolve issues promptly
