Carvel Route Sales Representative (Horsham, PA)

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.
• Ensure safety, sales, and credit volume, customer service, and in-store merchandising execution.
• Work varying hours from 3am to 12pm, averaging 10-12 stops per day, with potential Saturdays during peak seasons.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in/out of the truck.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first.
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to climb in/out of the truck.
• CDL-B permit preferred, with reimbursement available after obtaining the license.

Pay

In accordance with state law, the rate or range provided is a reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location. Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $49,334.00 - $66,747.00

Schedule

Route Sales Delivery Drivers hours of work vary by assigned route. The route start time will start as early as 3am and averages 10-12 stops a day - this is subject to change at any time. Must be able to work Saturday's during peak season.
