Responsibilities

• Direct store delivery of quality products to supermarket accounts
• Selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts
• Driving a Carvel Truck
• Ensuring safety, sales, credit volume, customer service, and in-store merchandising execution
• Working flexible hours, including Saturdays during peak seasons

Requirements

• Strong work ethic and a team player who puts the customer first
• Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in/out of the truck
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• CDL-B permit preferred, with reimbursement available after obtaining the license

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 21 years
• Previous DSD (Direct Store Delivery) experience is a plus

Skills

• Customer service orientation
• Physical stamina for lifting and climbing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Annual Range/Hourly Rate: $56,382.00 - $76,283.00

Schedule

Route Sales Delivery Drivers hours of work vary by assigned route. The route start time will start as early as 3am and averages 10-12 stops a day - this is subject to change at any time. Must be able to work Saturday's during peak season.
