Title Carvel Route Sales Representative (Horsham, PA)

About the Role

As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. This is a full-time position focused on selling and delivering Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high-quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck. Key goals include safety, sales and credit volume, customer service, and in-store merchandising execution.

Route start times begin as early as 3am and typically include 10-12 stops per day, with requirements to work Saturdays during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and sell Carvel & Rich’s frozen products to supermarket accounts.
• Maintain safety, sales, and credit volume targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and execute in-store merchandising.
• Operate and manage a Carvel delivery truck.
• Climb in and out of the truck and carry products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Requirements

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• CDL-B permit preferred prior to start (reimbursement and training provided if needed).
• Previous Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience is a bonus.

Pay

Annual compensation range: $49,334.00 - $66,747.00, based on factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location.
