Carvel Route Sales Representative (Hagerstown, MD)

About the role

As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to supermarket accounts. You will sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high‑quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.

Responsibilities

• Perform direct store delivery of Carvel & Rich’s frozen goods.
• Sell products to existing and new supermarket accounts.
• Maintain safety standards while operating the vehicle.
• Achieve sales and credit volume goals.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Execute in‑store merchandising.
• Work variable route start times (as early as 3 am) averaging 10‑12 stops per day.
• Be available to work Saturdays during peak season.

Requirements

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to climb in and out of the truck and carry goods up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• CDL‑B permit preferred (fee reimbursed 30 days after obtaining license; company pays for the license).
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Pay

Annual compensation range: $49,334.00 – $66,747.00 (based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location).

Schedule

Route start times vary, beginning as early as 3 am; average 10‑12 stops per day, subject to change. Saturday work required during peak season.
