Carvel Route Sales Representative (Allentown, PA)

About the role

As a Carvel Route Sales Delivery Driver, you will be fully responsible for the direct store delivery of quality products to our supermarket accounts. Carvel is part of the Rich’s family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Sell and deliver Carvel & Rich’s complete line of high‑quality frozen goods to existing and new accounts while driving a Carvel Truck.
• Maintain safety standards and achieve sales and credit volume targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and execute in‑store merchandising.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb in and out of the truck.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Qualifications

• CDL‑B permit preferred; fee reimbursed 30 days after start and CDL‑B license training/fees paid by Rich’s.
• Previous DSD experience is a bonus.

Pay

Annual base compensation range: $46,985.45 – $63,568.55 (actual amount may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, shift differential, and location).

Schedule

Hours vary by assigned route; start times can be as early as 3 am, averaging 10‑12 stops per day (subject to change); Saturday work required during peak season.
