Requirements
Care Manager (RN)
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Unencumbered RN license in Minnesota
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills
Social Worker
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work
- Basic Life Support certification
- Experience in crisis intervention and care coordination
- Understanding of human behavior
