What You’ll Do:
- Provide care management services to individuals in recovery
- Aid in developing support networks and access to community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and support organizations
What We’re Looking For:
- A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
- A Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals
