Care Manager

About the role

Join a team dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for seniors through compassionate support and meaningful relationships. As a Caregiver, your primary responsibilities include assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility and supporting dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. You will follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP), document any changes, and promote safety, dignity, and independence. Engaging residents through conversation and activities, especially in Memory Care, to create enriching experiences, is key.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
• Support dining services while maintaining a clean, welcoming environment
• Follow Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and document any changes
• Promote safety, dignity, and independence
• Engage residents through conversation and activities, especially in Memory Care, to create enriching experiences

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
