About the Role

The Caregiver provides hands-on support to seniors, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Key responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans and documenting changes. The role involves engaging residents through conversation and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment. In Memory Care, creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care
• Follow individualized service plans and document changes
• Engage residents through conversation and activities
• Support dining services
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• In Memory Care, create enriching experiences for residents with memory loss
• Communicate effectively with families and care teams to enhance residents' quality of life

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• Age 18+
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
• Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
