Care Coordinator- Armonk

About the role

Spear Physical and Occupational Therapy is seeking a qualified, passionate Care Coordinator to join the team at our Armonk clinic in Westchester located inside of the Equinox. Care Coordinators are responsible for supporting patient care by making our patients feel welcomed and valued whilst also controlling the flow of the appointment. Care Coordinators are expected to respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours and always within 24 hours. Care Coordinators will guide our patients through our out-of-network experience and greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile. Care Coordinators are expected to execute 5-star customer service. Responsibilities

• Respond to all phone calls and emails within 2 hours (and always within 24 hours)
• Guide patients through the out-of-network experience
• Greet all patients who enter the clinic with a smile
• Execute 5-star customer service
• Support patient care by making patients feel welcomed and valued while controlling the flow of appointments
• Foster a collaborative, community‑oriented environment for patients and team members

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience
• Someone who is hospitable, welcoming, and team‑orientated
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi‑task
• A strong attention to detail and willingness to grow
• BA/BS degree preferred, not required
