Job Summary

Seeking dedicated representatives to provide support and information to customers via phone, email, and online chat. Responsibilities include troubleshooting mobile devices, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and information on products/services to customers
  • Enter orders for new/additional products and services
  • Help callers with mobile device-related inquiries
  • Troubleshoot devices, assist with setup/provisioning, and coordinate with service providers/technicians
  • Address and resolve customer questions and complaints
  • Forward unresolved issues to specialists/staff
  • Cook up unwanted up-selling by service providers
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative/clerical duties
  • Complete additional related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must pass an ATF Security clearance background and credit check
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months+ customer service experience
  • Basic computer and smartphone skills
  • Experience with wireless devices
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
